Girls Group: A Circle for Growing Hearts

Girls Group is a year-long circle for girls as they bridge childhood and adolescence. In a busy world, we offer a soft place to slow down, tend to true heart-connections, and walk alongside trusted mentors in the quiet rhythms of nature.

  • Weekly gatherings in our cozy yurt, nestled on a working tree farm
  • A gentle space for girls transitioning through childhood rhythms
  • Slowing down together with art, movement, and seasonal rituals
  • A focus on heart-centered growth and shared connection

Honoring the Maiden: Tending the Threshold

A sacred rite of passage held in a caring circle. For young ones (ages 9–12) and their grown-ups, we gather to prepare for the transition of menstruation. Together, we ritualize this milestone so it feels sacred, supported, and held in love.

  • For young people ages 9–12 and their caregivers, joined by dear friends
  • Creating a small, trusted circle for shared journeying
  • Naming and honoring the trusted people who walk alongside them
  • Rooting this transition in connection, care, and body-positive wisdom

Honoring the Mother: A Sanctuary for Your Soul

A day of tending for mothers ready to reconnect with their true essence beneath the noise of a busy life. Through movement and quiet ritual, we remember the parts of ourselves that are wise, wild, and deeply at home in our own bodies.

  • A day-long retreat held in the gentle embrace of nature
  • Restoring your spirit through movement and shared ritual
  • A quiet space to rest and be held by a community of mothers
  • Tending to your own soul as you walk the path of caregiving
1. Listen to the Land

Start with the gentle rhythm that meets your family where you are right now—a circle, a rite, or a quiet retreat.

How Sacred Seasons Works

We weave nature, ritual, and shared community into steady rhythms that support you and your young person through life's sacred transitions.

“You don’t have to carry it all alone—we walk with you, tending the circle together, one season at a time.” - Kelly and Gretchen

2. Rest in the Rhythm

Gather regularly in small, nurturing circles within nature. Trusted mentors hold space for growth and big feelings.

3. Bloom with the Earth

Move through the year with rituals and community care, so your young person feels grounded, supported, and never alone.

Why This Work Matters

Our girls are growing up in a world that moves so fast, often missing the chance to honor the sacred shifts they are walking through. When big changes in their bodies and hearts are met with a gentle, shared presence rather than silence, they feel truly seen. Sacred Seasons is here to offer that circle of care, so no one has to walk these thresholds alone.

“Honoring the transition, together.”

Soft rhythms and a nurturing community help young people feel rooted as they grow, turning big changes into sacred milestones.

“Support for the caregiver.”

You are holding so much for your family. Within our shared tending, you find the language and rest needed to lead with a calm, clear heart.

“The land as our teacher.”

When we return to natural rhythms, we remember that all growth is cyclical, patient, and held by the earth beneath us.

Together, we are rekindling the village we’ve all been longing for.
